(You know that) COME JOIN US!!*************************************************************Location : Hong KongKey Responsibilities :Support the analysis and evaluation of potential investment opportunities and corporate transactionsAssist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and investment presentationsConduct research on market trends, industry sectors, and competitor benchmarking to support deal analysisAssist with the preparation of investment memoranda, proposals, and client documentationSupport transaction execution activities, including due diligence coordination and deal closing proceduresMaintain and organise deal databases, financial records, and supporting documentationParticipate in client meetings and presentations under the guidance of senior team membersDevelop proficiency in financial analysis tools and investment banking software platformsSupport ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the teamWhat we're looking for :Recent graduate (or final-year student) with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related disciplineStrong foundational knowledge of financial concepts, accounting principles, and corporate finance fundamentalsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with numerical data and financial statementsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modelling is advantageousStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environmentKeen interest in financial markets, investment banking, and corporate transactionsAttention to detail and strong organisational skillsProfessional attitud
