GlobalScope started with a frustration our careers team kept hearing from graduates. They had the grades, the ambition, and a genuine desire to build a career abroad, but had no clear way in. The job boards were cluttered. LinkedIn was noise. Graduate scheme websites required you to already know the right firms. And nobody was aggregating the international picture in one place.

So we built the thing we wished existed, and we started with three cities: Dubai, Singapore and Sydney. That was the proof. Graduates joined, applied, and interviewed, and it became obvious the problem was much bigger than three cities.

Today GlobalScope covers 12 cities across four continents: Abu Dhabi, Amsterdam, Berlin, Doha, Dubai, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Paris, Riyadh, Singapore, Sydney and Toronto. Every one earned its place the same way: we test the market first, and a city only launches when the live roles, the visa route, and the graduate case all genuinely stack up. The bar stayed; the map grew.

The platform maintains 8,400+ live graduate-level roles across those cities, synced from multiple sources and refreshed every morning. And it now spans every graduate sector: technology, engineering, healthcare, education, science, creative and media, hospitality, alongside the finance, consulting and law roles we started with. We filter out the noise: no senior hires, no roles that need a decade of experience, nothing a graduate cannot actually apply for.

Alongside the jobs, we've built the resources to help you actually make the move: visa guides written specifically for each city, salary benchmarks, relocation checklists, and an AI advisor that knows the nuances of each market. Because knowing about a job is only half the battle, and knowing how to actually get there is the other half.

Twelve cities is not the end of the map, and there's a lot more to build. But the core idea hasn't changed: if you're a graduate who wants to work internationally, whatever you studied, this should be the first place you look, and the one you keep coming back to.
