Alternative Investment Associate Hong Kong About the Company Fosun Asset Management Limited, sits under the umbrella of Fosun International Limited, was incorporated in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong as a limited liability company on July 8, 2013, and is licensed with the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong effective March 3, 2016. Fosun Asset Management is also registered with US Securities and Exchange Commission effective March 2, 2018. Key Responsibilities • Deal Sourcing & Research: Screen potential investment targets. Conduct in-depth industry research and specific asset/company deep-dives. • Deal Execution & IC: Assist in due diligence, build/update financial models, and draft Investment Committee (IC) memos to support deal approvals. • Fundraising & Fund Formation: Support the preparation of fundraising pitch books, roadshow presentations, and documentation for new fund formations. • Post-Investment Management: Monitor portfolio asset performance, track financial covenants, and prepare regular update reports. • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist the senior team with various ad-hoc analytical, operational, and administrative tasks as required. Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university in Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Experience: 2-4 years of full-time experience. Solid internship experience in Investment Banking, PE/Private Credit, Infrastructure Advisory, or Big 4 Deals/Restructuring is required. • Technical Skills: Strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting. Highly proficient in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (pitch books/memos). • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong multitasking ability, and a proactive "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset. • Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin. Must be able to independently read and process complex English legal, financial, and fund-related documents.
