The ideal candidate must have proven sales experience specifically within the UAE Holiday Homes, Vacation Rental, Short-Term Rental, or Holiday Home Property Management industry. This position is focused on acquiring new property owners and expanding the company's Holiday Homes portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying property owners, presenting our Holiday Homes management services, negotiating commercial terms, and converting prospects into signed management agreements. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Dubai Holiday Homes market. * Source and approach property owners who are interested in renting their properties as Holiday Homes. * Generate leads through networking, referrals, online research, property owners, real estate contacts, and other relevant channels. * Present the company's Holiday Homes management services and value proposition to property owners. * Conduct meetings and property presentations with prospective owners. * Explain management services, commercial terms, revenue-sharing structures, and operational procedures. * Negotiate terms and successfully close Holiday Homes management agreements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors. * Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline. * Coordinate with the Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition after signing. * Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, meetings, negotiations, and closed deals in the company's CRM. * Ac
