Business Development & Sales Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, business development in the events industry We are looking for an ambitious and results driven Business Development & Sales Manager to help grow our business and significantly increase our sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client and corporate relationships, developing partnerships and converting opportunities into revenue. Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and grow the business • Generate new leads through outbound sales, networking, partnerships, referrals and other channels • Identify and approach potential corporate, luxury, wedding and private clients • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, hotels, brands and other business partners • Handle sales enquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate and close deals • Develop new partnerships and corporate accounts that can generate recurring business • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities • Track sales performance, targets and conversion rates • Identify new markets, services and revenue opportunities for the company • Work closely with the events and creative teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution • Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events and industry functions Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales or a related role • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets • Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills • Confident in approaching and dealing with high value and premium clients • Strong networking and relationship building abilities • Self motivated, proactive and commercially minded • Excellent follow up and organisational skills • Experience in events, weddings, h
