The selected candidates will receive structured internal training in sales, client communication, business development, AI tools, agency services, CRM systems, and professional business practices. The Role As a Sales Assistant, you will support Innovex's sales and business development activities while being trained to gradually handle more responsibility. You will learn how to identify potential clients, communicate professionally with businesses, understand client requirements, use modern AI and sales tools, maintain sales records, prepare for meetings, and support the team throughout the sales process.
