Risk & Compliance Analyst (1-Year Renewal Contract | VBA / Python) – Fresh Graduates Welcome

Responsibilities • Deploy Python and Excel VBA scripts to eliminate manual data entry, streamline compliance testing processes, and build efficient, automated reporting dashboards. • Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of SFC regulatory registrations, taking charge of corporate filings, individual staff licensing procedures, and mandatory periodic reporting. • Monitor daily exposure limits and operational risk indicators, compile detailed risk summaries for the management team, and assist in refining the firm's policy frameworks. • Maintain and update internal compliance manuals and operating procedures, while providing active support during regulatory inquiries and routine internal audits. Requirements • University degree in Computer Science, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or related disciplines. • Entry-level (0 to 2 years). We strongly welcome fresh graduates who possess a strong technical aptitude and a desire to build a career in finance. • Demonstrable coding abilities (specifically Python and/or VBA) are essential, along with advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). • Fluent in English and Cantonese (conversational Mandarin is a bonus). Must be analytical, extremely detail-oriented, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.
