Prime Brokerage Pricing & Analytics - Analyst/Associate | Hong Kong, HK

Role Overview The PB Pricing & Analytics team is part of the Institutional Equities Division. The team is responsible for pricing and analytics across equity financing and execution products within Prime Brokerage (Cash Prime Brokerage; Delta one Swaps; Securities Lending) and cleared derivatives products in APAC. Key responsibilities • Support and own pricing analysis and decision making • Develop and maintain pricing models, scenario analyses to support client negotiations and new products. • Partner closely with Sales and Coverage, Trading, Risk, Strats, Finance, IT and external clients • Analysis of desk profitability, with emphasis on driving optimization and efficiency. • Development of management reporting to aid the strategic management of the business • Close involvement in strategic business initiatives Skills Required • 1-5 years related financial experience , ideally in: Prime Brokerage, Structuring, Strats, Risk, Trading or closely related analytical roles • Strong numerical background and data analysis skills • Analytic mindset, excellent problem solving ability and close attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and an ability to articulate complex situations clearly. • Strong project management and time management skills • Comfortable operating in fast-paced commercially driven environment • Product knowledge of equity swaps and listed derivatives desirable • Knowledge of regional APAC equity market structures desirable WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients - helping them reach their goals.
