Job Summary The Hong Kong office is seeking an experienced, driven Associate to join our dynamic global Corporate & M&A practice. The ideal candidate brings a robust corporate law background with specialized expertise in cross-border M&A, private equity (PE), and venture capital (VC) transactions. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to manage high-profile deals, engage a diverse client base, and collaborate seamlessly across our global corporate and financial markets teams. Key Responsibilities • Take an active role in leading and supporting complex M&A, PE, and VC transactions and corporate commercial matters. • Work closely with cross-border practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions across jurisdictions. • Active participation in client networking, pitch preparation, and market visibility initiatives. • Manage files independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Qualifications • Hong Kong qualified lawyer with around 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in corporate and M&A. • Hands-on experience driving high-value, complex transactions. • Deep knowledge of Greater China's regulatory and legal landscape relevant to M&A, alongside a strong command of international cross-border transactional principles. • Native/fluent English required; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is highly advantageous.
