The ideal candidate will be comfortable discussing accounting and taxation requirements with clients, recommending relevant services, preparing proposals, and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who wants to move beyond traditional back-office responsibilities and play a direct role in client acquisition, service sales, upselling, and relationship management. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Engage with new and existing clients to understand their accounting, taxation, and compliance requirements - Recommend and sell appropriate accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, and related compliance services - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services based on client requirements - Explain UAE accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax requirements clearly and confidently to clients - Prepare service quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation - Follow up with leads and prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline - Convert company-formation and other business-service clients into ongoing accounting and compliance engagements - Manage clients acquired through the sales process and ensure smooth delivery of the services sold - Coordinate closely with accounting and compliance teams during client onboarding and service execution - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers - Identify additional accounting, tax, and compliance requireme
