Legal Manager, HK Listed Company

About the role Our client is a well established Hong Kong listed corporate group with a regional presence Operating as an industry pioneer, the group continues to expand its global commercial footprint through strategic partnerships and strong corporate governance. They are looking for a Legal manager. Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and upgrade local regulatory compliance frameworks while drafting corporate governance documentation to align with listing standards. • Lead the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements while collaborating closely with the regional legal team and various internal business departments. • Work alongside the Company Secretary to maintain seamless board administration, execute investor communications, and fulfill regulatory disclosure mandates. • Prepare comprehensive corporate reporting materials, ranging from board announcements and circulars to interim and annual reports.
