Job Description As a Legal Counsel, your main responsibilities will include: • Providing legal advice and support across various business units within the organisation. • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents. • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. • Managing legal risks and providing solutions to mitigate potential issues. • Supporting regulatory filings and liaising with regulatory authorities when required. • Assisting in dispute resolution and managing external counsel where necessary. • Keeping up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the financial services industry. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align legal strategies with business objectives.
