Legal Advisor Location: United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Legal Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to provide legal guidance and support across the organization. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations, manage legal risks, review contracts, and provide practical legal solutions to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters. - Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents. - Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Support corporate governance and risk management initiatives. - Handle disputes, claims, and litigation matters in coordination with external counsel when required. - Advise management on legal implications of business decisions. - Monitor changes in UAE legislation and assess their impact on the organization. - Assist with company licensing, regulatory approvals, and government-related legal matters. - Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures. Qualifications & ExperienceA - Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); Master's Degree (LLM) is an advantage. - Minimum 2–3 years of legal experience, preferably in the UAE. - Strong knowledge of UAE commercial, corporate, labor, and regulatory laws. - Experience in contract drafting and negotiation. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
