Legal Advisor

We’re looking for a Legal Advisor to join our team in Sharjah. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys dealing with real legal matters, property issues, government procedures, and working closely with different teams. You’ll work directly with management and our Leasing, Finance, Maintenance, and HR teams, so every day will be different. What You’ll Do • Prepare and review tenancy contracts, addendums, renewals, and other legal documents. • Handle Ejari and tenancy documentation and make sure everything is properly completed. • Manage rental disputes, eviction matters, PDC/bounced cheque cases, and collection-related legal matters. • Advise management on UAE Tenancy Law, SRERD, SEDD, RERA, and other applicable regulations. • Prepare and review agreements with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers. • Deal with government authorities, the Rental Dispute Centre, external lawyers, and other relevant parties when required. • Support HR with MOHRE, WPS, employment contracts, and labour-law compliance. • Keep track of legal cases, contracts, notices, and important documentation. • Give practical legal advice to management and other departments when needed. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent. • 3–5 years of UAE legal experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or a similar industry. • Good knowledge of UAE Tenancy Law, SRERD/RERA, Ejari, rental disputes, PDC cases, and eviction procedures. • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken. • Good drafting, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Someone who can work independently, manage different priorities, and take ownership of their work. • Good attention to detail and a practical approach to solving problems.
