SW8993 |28 May 2026 IT Trainee (iBank, Fresh Graduates Welcome) • Install, update, and troubleshoot software, firmware, and infrastructure. • Resolve escalated Helpdesk tickets and assist with remote/WFH setups. • Log and track service requests while documenting support procedures. • Partner with local and global IT teams to ensure policy compliance. • Manage multi-channel communications (Teams/Email) and participate in on-call rotations. Qualifications • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • Fresh Graduates with no experience are welcome to apply. • Fluent English; Chinese languages are a plus. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset. • Highly adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn and grow within the financial technology sector. • Must be a permanent resident or hold the right of abode in Hong Kong.
