Investment Banking Analyst

A leading investment bank is currently looking for a motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join their team and play a key role in executing a broad spectrum of equity transactions. Responsibilities • Responsibilities Support live execution of ECM transactions, including IPOs, placements, block trades, and rights issue • Develop robust financial models, equity valuation analyses, and IPO pricing models Prepare client-ready presentation materials, pitch books, and ECM market update • Perform in-depth equity market research, investor targeting analysis, and due diligence • Help manage transaction workstreams, including drafting prospectuses and coordinating with regulators (HKEX/SFC) and external advisors Produce regular market commentary and keep internal databases current with pricing and allocation date Requirement • University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline • Minimum of 1–3 years’ corporate finance experience. Demonstrated involvement in live deal processes, including coordination with multiple parties and managing timelines • Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, Dealogic, or Capital IQ is a strong advanta • geSelf-driven, proactive, and ambitious, with the ability to perform under pressure and strong communication and analytical skills • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
