Investment Analyst / Manager

We are seeking an Investment Analyst / Manager to join our Investment team in Hong Kong, with a primary focus on the Japan investment market. The successful candidate will support and, depending on experience, lead the evaluation and execution of private equity real estate investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct due diligence on real estate investment opportunities, including valuation, financial modelling, market analysis and benchmarking. - Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and analyse cash flows, capital structures, investment returns and acquisition or disposition strategies. - Conduct research on market conditions and investment opportunities to support underwriting assumptions and investment recommendations. - Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials to support investment decisions, strategy and return analysis. - Coordinate with internal teams and external advisers to drive due diligence, transaction structuring and deal execution. - Participate in on-site due diligence and assess asset-level opportunities and risks. - Interface and negotiate with counterparties, operating partners, management teams, brokers, banks and professional advisers. - Build and maintain relationships with key participants in the real estate investment market. Requirements: - Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with 3-7 years’ relevant experience in investment banking or private equity fund. - Open minded and adaptable to changes with good understanding of real estate market. - Strong financial modelling, valuation, research and analytical skills. - Good command of written and spoken English - Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
