Responsibilities:- Understand the organizational needs and hiring criteria of the banks & FI firms. - ⁠Source and conduct interviews via phone or in-person.- ⁠Manage the whole recruitment cycle from initial calls, interview preparation, salary negotiation, to offer and onboarding stage.- ⁠Assist in B-B communication with industry professionals. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree. Preferably from business degree. - ⁠Effective communication skills; High-energy, passion and grit. - ⁠Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.- ⁠Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
