About the Role We are expanding our dynamic fund administration services and looking for a versatile, detail-driven professional to anchor our day-to-day fund operations and accounting workflows. Rather than constraining your scope to fund calculations, this role spans the full spectrum of operational oversight, from NAV delivery and cash management to investor servicing and SPV lifecycles, supporting a diverse portfolio of fund clients across multiple asset classes. Whether you are an early-career specialist looking to level up or an experienced operator ready for a senior or Assistant Manager track, you will play an integral role in our continued growth. What You Will Be Doing - Fund Accounting & Financial Oversight: - Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual NAV calculations, maintain general ledgers, and oversee capital account records. - Prepare investor reporting, capital account statements, and performance summaries. - Oversee financial statement preparation under IFRS or US GAAP, manage year-end external audits, and support regulatory filings. - Capital & Cash Operations: - Execute capital calls, distributions, management fee calculations, and carried interest tracking. - Monitor cash positions, manage liquidity, handle banking documentation, and execute payments in strict compliance with AML guidelines. - Model and monitor distribution waterfalls in alignment with partnership agreements. - SPV Lifecycle & Corporate Actions: - Manage special purpose vehicles from initial incorporation through liquidation, handling intercompany reconciliations along the way. - Support broader operational projects, includ
