Financial Consultant (Remote) Training & Career Development

Job Summary Azimuth Management and Consulting is seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in financial consulting and client education. We welcome applicants ranging from those with no prior financial services experience to experienced professionals looking for a flexible, growth-oriented opportunity. This fully remote position combines structured training, professional development, and mentorship with the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills needed to help individuals and families better understand their financial options. Individuals who are already licensed, or who choose to become licensed, may have opportunities to expand into additional responsibilities in accordance with applicable state regulations. Applicants from a variety of professional backgrounds often transition successfully into this role. Individuals with experience in sales, education, healthcare, customer service, banking, business development, and leadership frequently bring valuable communication and relationship-building skills that translate well into financial consulting. No previous financial services experience is required. We provide structured training, ongoing mentorship, and educational resources designed to help participants develop professionally. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, individuals who are not appropriately licensed do not provide insurance recommendations, financial recommendations, or engage in licensed activities until all required licensing and authorization requirements have been satisfied. This opportunity is offered as a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is performance-based and becomes available only after obtaining any required licenses and authorizations where applicable.
