NO.: HO2609002) Application deadline: 25 September 2026 Apply online via https://ha.taleo.net/careersection/ha_ext_cs/jobdetail.ftl?job=HO2609002&tz=GMT%2B08%3A00&tzname=Asia%2FHong_Kong Position: Finance Intern Rank: Temporary Executive Assistant III Cluster / Department: Finance Divisions of Hospital Authority (HA) Head Office and Clusters Pay: HK$13,728 per month Key Responsibilities: The incumbents are required to work 5-day full-time for 4 months from 4 January to 30 April 2027 to provide elementary administrative support to the day-to-day operation and / or ad-hoc projects of different functional areas of the Finance Division at corporate, cluster or hospital level. The key responsibilities of the incumbents may include but are not limited to: 1.Assist in data collection and information analysis. 2.Provide support to payment / payroll / revenue collection and billing process as well as documentation including checking of supporting documents. 3.Assist in financial accounting, management reporting and closing exercise, etc. 4.Assist in reviewing and documentation of workflow and internal control procedures. 5.Render support to the implementation, promotion and evaluation of non-cash payment means projects and/or other ad-hoc projects. 6.Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors. Entry Requirements: 1.Completion of F.5 / S.5. Preferable Attributes / Exposure: 1.Full-time undergraduate students who are currently undertaking a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, and related business studies (Year 2 or above) from a recognised university. 2.Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (including Cantonese) and English. 3.Proficiency in computer applications, including English and Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
