Job Description - Support the full cycle of financial planning and analysis, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning - Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, financial performance reports, and variance analyses - Monitor key financial and operational metrics and provide actionable business insights - Partner with practice groups and business leaders to support commercial and strategic decision-making - Conduct profitability analysis, revenue analysis, and cost management reviews - Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management - Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes, financial models, and analytical tools - Participate in ad hoc financial projects and business initiatives as required The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline - Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) is advantageous - 3-7 years of relevant FP&A, business finance, commercial finance, or management reporting experience - Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools - Experience working within professional services, legal, consulting, or multinational environments will be highly regarded - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
