Corporate Associate / Legal Manager (5+ years PQE) - Law Firm

A leading offshore law firm is adding a corporate lawyer to its established Hong Kong corporate team. This is a core mid-level seat within a larger, well-supported group, not a standalone or top-heavy hire, so it suits someone with solid grounding who wants to build real depth in offshore corporate work. What you'll do: • Advise on a broad range of general corporate matters as part of a busy, collaborative team • Work on high-quality, cross-border transactions with strong client exposure • Take genuine ownership of matters while learning the offshore side from an experienced group around you What you'll bring: • A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in general corporate law at a well-regarded firm • Common law qualification from Hong Kong, Australia, England and Wales, or Ireland • Strong academics, sharp attention to detail, and the organisation to manage several matters at once • English and Mandarin fluency On qualification and the offshore route: • Candidates already qualified (or willing to requalify) as a Cayman or BVI attorney can step straight into the associate role • Hong Kong qualified lawyers are welcome: you can join at Legal Manager level and requalify into the offshore attorney qualification over time, with the firm's support • This reflects the current offshore practising rules, so no prior offshore admission is required to apply The package: • Permanent Hong Kong role in a sizeable, structured corporate team with a clear path to requalify and progress • Competitive compensation and a full benefits package • Structured development and genuine international, cross-border exposure
