About the role The Compliance team plays an important role in supporting Arrowpoint’s business and ensuring that the firm operates in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal standards. Working closely with investment and business teams across the firm, the Compliance team is responsible for areas including regulatory licensing, employee compliance, monitoring and controls, regulatory filings, due diligence, policies and procedures, and engagement with relevant regulators. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern, based in either our Hong Kong or Singapore office, to support the Compliance team across a range of regulatory, licensing and compliance activities. As a Compliance Intern, you will support the team in areas including: Regulatory & Licensing • Assist with the preparation and submission of licensing applications, including compiling supporting documentation and tracking application progress against regulatory timelines. • Support the maintenance of licensing and regulatory records. • Assist with research on relevant regulatory developments and requirements.
