Commercial And Leasing Specialist

We are looking for a Commercial and Leasing Specialist with strong UAE mall leasing experience. The ideal candidate will manage tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, retail mix planning, and coordination with mall operations to support occupancy and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities - Mall Leasing Manage leasing activities including prospecting, negotiations, documentation and renewals - Tenant Acquisition Identify and onboard suitable retail, F and B and service tenants - Lease Administration Prepare LOIs, lease agreements and amendments - Retail Mix Planning Maintain an optimal tenant mix to enhance footfall and commercial performance - Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for tenants and coordinate with internal teams - Market Research Conduct market studies and rental benchmarking across UAE malls - Revenue Optimization Support occupancy targets and commercial revenue streams Requirements - Minimum 4 to 5 years of UAE mall leasing experience - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Solid understanding of retail categories and commercial terms - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office and lease documentation - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or related field Preferred Skills - Experience in specialty leasing, kiosks and promotional spaces - Knowledge of UAE retail market dynamics Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - What is your Salary expectation ? - What is your notice period ?
