Business Management Associate, Global Markets Investment Department

Responsibilities: - Monitor KPI progress for investment, trading, sales under Global Market - Analyze business development status and help carry out business development strategies - Prepare reports and reporting materials for the management, i.e. monthly/quarterly/semi-annual and annual reports, PPT and ad hoc reporting materials etc. - Coordinate with different departments within the bank and external parties on projects and daily matters - Make sure business is in line with compliance and risk management requirements and assist to draft and update policies and working procedures Requirements: - Degree holder or above, preferably in Business, Finance and Economics - Minimum 3 years of related experience, direct exposure in Finance Markets and business management will be a plus - Extensive knowledge in banking industry, monetary and fiscal policies and related regulatory requirement - Proficient in written Chinese; fluent Mandarin is a must - Good analytical skills over different financial markets business sectors - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
