Business Analyst

Responsibilities - Requirements Gathering:Collaborate closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories. - Bridge the Gap:Serve as the strategic liaison between business units, product managers, and technical development teams to ensure complete alignment on project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Project Lifecycle Support:Lead the front end of the project lifecycle and provide continuous support through QA, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination, and final system validation. - Agile Delivery:Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, manage the product backlog, and define clear acceptance criteria for development teams. - Validation & Testing:Collaborate with QA teams to define test plans and ensure that delivered solutions successfully meet the documented business requirements. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. - Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
