About The Role We are looking for a motivated and technology-driven Finance Analyst to join our Asia Finance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about leveraging AI, automation, and data analytics to improve finance processes and enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will support finance operations while identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes. This includes improving the efficiency and accuracy of month-end close, reducing manual effort, enhancing data quality, and streamlining reconciliations and reporting activities. We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding how finance processes work today and finding better ways to make them faster, more accurate, and less dependent on manual intervention.
