Job Summary We are looking for a Tax & Audit Associate with strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax (CT) and External Audit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tax compliance, reporting, and advisory, and hold a recognized professional certification such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CA. Key Responsibilities - Prepare, review, and file UAE VAT returns in compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations. - Prepare Corporate Tax computations, tax returns, and supporting documentation. - Assist clients with VAT and Corporate Tax registrations, deregistrations, amendments, and voluntary disclosures. - Conduct VAT health checks and Corporate Tax compliance reviews. - Stay updated with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax legislation and advise clients accordingly. - Plan and execute external audit assignments in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA). - Prepare audit working papers, perform substantive testing, and assist in completing audit engagements. - Review financial statements for compliance with IFRS. - Liaise with clients to obtain required information and resolve audit and tax-related queries. - Support FTA audits, tax assessments, and client correspondence. - Maintain accurate accounting, tax, and audit documentation. - Work closely with senior management to ensure timely completion of client engagements.
