Software Engineer

Responsibilities You will be engaged in design and development of software core technologies. You will use advanced software design and development methodologies such as agile, DevOps, and open-source. You will be exposed to cutting-edge products and software technologies and become an expert in large-scale and high-concurrency technologies. You will participate in software R&D of company products, including but not limited to: - Complete the product lifecycle from customer requirements to software product definition, architecture design, development and implementation, and to online operation and maintenance. - Creatively solves technical difficulties in product implementation and uses cutting-edge technologies to improve the core competitiveness of products, such as AI capability building for optical network devices, AI platform software architecture implementation for optical products, network AI O&M, and application of AI technologies in engineering practices. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above. computer science, software engineering, communication, electronics and other related majors. - Understand，become proficient in，and effectively apply AI-assisted code generation，leveraging AI support to improve code delivery efficiency and quality - Be proficient in C/C++, familiar with script languages such as Python, Java，Rust，and have good programming habits. - Be able to work independently and solve problems, has good communication skills, be a good team player. - Love programming, demonstrates enthusiastic of new technologies, be good at summarizing and sharing, and like hands-on practice.
