Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Company: Onelink Properties Location: Downtown, Dubai, UAE. Onelink Properties is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence across key platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in content creation, copywriting, community management, video-production coordination and lead generation, preferably within the UAE real estate market. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement the company’s social media strategy. - Create and manage monthly content calendars. - Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube. - Create engaging content for off-plan, secondary, leasing and property-management services. - Write captions, hooks, scripts, video concepts and campaign messaging. - Coordinate property shoots with agents, photographers, videographers and developers. - Create content for project launches, exclusive listings, open houses, events and market updates. - Manage daily posting, scheduling and quality control. - Monitor comments, messages and enquiries and ensure timely responses. - Support agents in developing their personal brands. - Coordinate organic content with lead-generation and paid advertising campaigns. - Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging content formats. - Maintain consistent branding, tone of voice and visual standards. - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. - Ensure content complies with UAE advertising and real estate regulations. Requirements - 3–5 years of relevant social media or digital marketing experience. - UAE real estate experience is strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan, secondary and leasing markets. - Excellent English communication and copywriting skills; Arabic is an advantage. - Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. - Experience in content planning, production and community management. - Familiarity with Meta Business Su
