SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Bur Dubai, Burjuman Employment: Full-Time Salary: Based on experience Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and improve our online presence, increase organic website traffic, generate quality leads, and support our digital marketing activities across our real estate and business service divisions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic rankings. • Conduct keyword research and optimize website pages, content, titles, descriptions, and internal links. • Manage on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO activities. • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. • Identify and resolve basic SEO issues affecting website performance and indexing. • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. • Monitor advertising budgets, leads, conversions, CPC, CTR, and campaign performance. • Develop strategies to generate qualified leads for real estate and company services. • Assist with social media content planning and campaign strategy. • Analyze competitors, keywords, audience behavior, and current digital marketing trends. • Prepare regular reports showing SEO growth, website traffic, leads, advertising performance, and areas for improvement. • Coordinate with designers, content creators, sales teams, and management on marketing campaigns. Requirements • Proven experience in SEO and Digital Marketing. • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. • Understanding of keyword research, link building, technical SEO, and local SEO. • Experience with social media marketing and lead-generation campaigns. • Ability to analyze campaign data and make improvements based on resul
