What You'll Learn & Do As a Ruwad trainee in our Engineering & Asset Management teams, you'll get hands-on training in: Equipment Maintenance – Work on quay cranes, RTGs, straddle carriers and yard equipment Reliability Engineering – Analyse breakdowns, find root causes, stop them happening again Preventive Maintenance Planning – Build and refine schedules that keep the port moving Projects & Infrastructure – Support civil works, berth upgrades and terminal expansion Automation & Control Systems – Get close to the PLCs, sensors and systems running our automated terminals Asset Integrity & HSE – Inspections, safety standards, and engineering that protects people CMMS & Technical Systems – Work in the platforms where real maintenance data lives Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with Operations, HSE, Procurement and vendors Real responsibilities from day one – This isn't shadowing someone with a clipboard.
