Remote Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview Brown's Bay Resort is a destination resort located on beautiful Vancouver Island, British Columbia. We offer oceanfront accommodations, cabins, suites, glamping, an RV park, marina services, and experiences for guests looking to enjoy the outdoors and the beauty of the West Coast. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team remotely and help increase our online visibility, direct bookings, occupancy, and overall revenue. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands how to market a hospitality, resort, travel, or tourism business online. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that attract new guests, increase direct bookings, strengthen our brand, and keep Brown's Bay Resort in front of potential customers throughout the year. We are looking for someone who can think strategically but also execute. You should be comfortable creating campaigns, managing social media, analyzing results, improving website visibility, and finding new ways to generate bookings. Duties - Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies across platforms including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising to maximize reach and ROI. - Manage paid advertising campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other paid media channels to drive targeted traffic and conversions. - Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for organic search visibility and ranking improvements. - Oversee website management using content management systems such as WordPress, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and optimized for SEO. - Analyze web analytics data through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance marketing tools to generate detailed reports on campaign performance and user behavior. - Coordinate content creation efforts including copywriting, graphic design with Adobe Creative Suite tools
