Job Details Country: UAE City: Dubai Industry: Hospital & Health Care Function: Nursing Salary: 12000-16000 monthly (Market estimated) Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive nursing and personal care services to VIP patients in their homes * Deliver compassionate emotional, psychological, and professional support to patients and families * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans * Promote patient independence through education on medical conditions, medications, and self-care * Maintain high standards of care in line with clinical protocols and therapeutic best practices * Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care * Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely patient documentation * Follow infection control procedures, medication administration protocols, and safety regulations * Respond effectively to medical emergencies and manage assigned/hooks own patient caseload, including interpretation of test results * Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and internal quality standards Ideal Profile * Bachelor's degree in Nursing * DHA license or eligibility as a Registered Nurse * BLS certification mandatory; ACLS or PALS preferred * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an accredited clinical setting * Prior nursing experience in one or more of the following regions: European Union, United States, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand * Strong knowledge of acute and chronic d
