Registered Nurse

We are looking to hire Registered Nurse for our Clinic Based in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical and emotional health. - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment data and patient needs. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor and document patients’ progress and responses to treatments. - Provide wound care, injections, and other medical procedures as needed. - Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, including collecting and preparing specimens. - Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care. - Provide instructions on medication management, self-care techniques, and lifestyle modifications. - Answer patient questions and address concerns regarding their health and treatment plans. - Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure clear understanding of care plans and treatment goals. - Participate in care team meetings and contribute to discussions on patient care strategies. - Administrative Duties: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. - Manage patient scheduling, referrals, and follow-up appointments. - Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Assist with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing patient care processes. - Report and document any incidents or changes in patient conditions as per clinic protocols. Qualifications: - Valid DHA Eligibility Letter - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent from a recognized institution. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
