Registered Nurse - MOH

Provides safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients according to hospital policies and professional standards. Assesses patient needs, administers medications and treatments, monitors patient condition, and supports doctors and the healthcare team. Roles & Responsibilities: • Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Record vital signs and maintain accurate nursing documentation. • Assist doctors during examinations and procedures. • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions. • Educate patients and families about treatment and health care. • Maintain infection control and patient safety standards. • Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition. • Coordinate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team. • Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.
