Registered Nurse (ICU)

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit western trained Registered Nurses Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for their client in Dubai, UAE which is a reputed JCI accredited multispecialty hospital providing advanced tertiary and quaternary healthcare services.The Registered Nurse ICU will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced life-support interventions. Perform detailed patient assessments, interpret hemodynamic parameters, monitor ventilated patients, administer vasoactive medications and critical care infusions, recognize early signs of clinical deterioration, and respond promptly during medical emergencies and resuscitation events. Work closely with Intensivists, Critical Care Physicians, Respiratory Therapists, Pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Assist with invasive bedside procedures, maintain advanced critical care equipment, support infection prevention initiatives, educate patients' families, and ensure accurate clinical documentation while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, clinical governance, and JCI quality standards. We are looking for Registered Nurses holding a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (minimum three-year full-time program) from a nationally or internationally recognized nursing college or university, or a Degree in Nursing (minimum two-year program) together with registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand, in accordance with the DHA Professional Qualification Requirements. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent full-time experience within an Intensive Care Unit of an acute care hospital. Current BLS certification is mandatory and ACLS certification would be highly preferred.
