Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role based in Hong Kong. The Paralegal will support solicitors by drafting and preparing legal documents, organising case files, and assisting with court and advisory paperwork. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal and factual research, reviewing, summarising and analysing documents, and maintaining accurate records and databases. The role also involves coordinating with clients and external parties, scheduling meetings and hearings, and ensuring that deadlines and filing requirements are met. Qualifications - Strong foundation in Law with the ability to understand and apply relevant legal principles. - Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organising court and advisory documents. - Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders in a clear and professional manner. - Solid Research skills for gathering legal authorities, case information, and factual data to support matters. - Attention to details in Document Review, including identifying inconsistencies, errors, and missing information. - Good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin). - Strong organisational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple files and meet deadlines. - Proficiency with standard office software and legal research tools; familiarity with case managemen
