Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 08+ Months with potential to extend Pay Range: $85-$90/Hr on W2 (DOE) Russell Tobin is seeking a talented Data Analyst for its Global Partnerships & Content organization. This team works closely with top-tier content creators and media entities worldwide to build and grow innovative, meaningful content and community engagement experiences across a variety of product areas. This role will be responsible for providing critical data analysis and business insights to inform organizational goals, drive strategic decision-making, and support business growth. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to develop dashboards, create data reporting solutions, and conduct in-depth analysis to drive business outcomes. Role Responsibilities: Develop subject matter expertise in key partner ecosystem metrics across our Family of Apps Communicate complex data findings and recommendations in a way that is easily understandable by stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide the team with self-service access to key insights, driving analyst efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Establish close working relationships with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders including strategy, data engineering, and business development teams. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years experience in data analytics, including use of SQL, defining metrics, delivering regular insights reports, building dashboards, and making recommendations. Presentation and communications experience with extracting insights from technical data sets to varied audiences. Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously in a fast-paced ambiguous environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience
