Description We are seeking a Middle Business Analyst to support the design, development, and continuous evolution of our sports-game-oriented SaaS platform. Working closely with the Product team, you will play a key role in translating business needs into clear functional requirements, ensuring development teams have complete, accurate, and actionable specifications. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and technical teams. You will contribute throughout the product lifecycle - from discovery and requirement analysis to delivery validation - helping ensure solutions meet both business objectives and customer needs. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Data, and Operations teams while reporting directly to the Product Owner. Key Responsibilities - Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, requirement analysis, and feature planning. - Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements through collaboration with stakeholders. - Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes where appropriate. - Collaborate with Product Designers and Engineering teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and expected user experience. - Analyze existing systems, business processes, APIs, and third-party integrations to identify impacts, dependencies, and implementation considerations. - Support the Product
