Mid-Level M&A / Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a Mid-Level M&A / Corporate Lawyer to join a Dubai-based organisation on a 3-month contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer with strong mergers and acquisitions experience to support the business on a broad range of corporate transactions and strategic projects. Working as part of the in-house legal team, you will advise on M&A transactions, corporate structuring, joint ventures, commercial agreements, and general corporate legal matters. The role requires a lawyer who is comfortable working closely with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and corporate restructuring transactions. • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts. • Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction execution. • Support joint ventures, corporate governance, and strategic business initiatives. • Provide practical legal advice on corporate and commercial matters. • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers throughout transactions. • Identify and manage legal and commercial risks. • Qualified lawyer with 5–7+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE). • Common law qualified. • Strong experience advising on M&A and corporate transactions. • Demonstrable local or regional (GCC/Middle East) M&A experience. • Trained at or gained experience with a leading international law firm. • Previous in-house legal experience is preferred. • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Must be currently based in Dubai. • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential. #CorporateLaw #MergersAndAcquisitions #MALawyer #CorporateLawyer #LegalCounsel #CommercialLaw #CrossBorderTransactions #InternationalLawFirm #InHouseLegal #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #LegalJobs #ContractRole #HiringNow #MiddleEastJobs
