Role: We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid marketing efforts and improve both lead volume and lead quality. This role is for someone who understands performance marketing in depth and knows how to turn ad spend into real business results. You should be confident in managing campaigns across Google and Meta, reading performance data properly, improving conversion paths, and identifying where problems are coming from whether in the campaign setup, tracking, landing page, website flow, or ad account structure. This is not a general marketing or content-focused role. We are looking for someone who is strong in paid acquisition, conversion thinking, and day-to-day performance optimization.
