Marketing Manager-Bilingual

We are looking for a bilingual Marketing Manager with strong command of English and Arabic to lead our brand communication, digital presence, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in content creation, social media management, and performance‑driven marketing. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute marketing plans across digital and offline channels - Create bilingual content for campaigns, social media, website, and internal communication - Manage social media calendars, engagement, and performance tracking - Coordinate with agencies, designers, and internal teams for timely campaign delivery - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights - Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports - Support brand-building initiatives and ensure consistent messaging Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 6-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the UAE - Strong bilingual communication skills (English & Arabic) - Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media tools, and analytics - Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines - Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Preferred Skills - Experience with CRM, email marketing tools, and basic design platforms - Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and content strategy - Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - What is your Salary Expectation ? - What is your notice period ?
