About the Role We are looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Marketing Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is primarily focused on supporting the Marketing Manager across day-to-day marketing activities, content creation, social media, creative projects, events and campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone who is fun, creative, organized and willing to get involved — from helping plan content and taking photos and videos to supporting campaigns, events and day-to-day marketing activities. You don't need to know everything, but you should be curious, proactive and excited about food, restaurants, social media and creative content. Responsibilities - Assist the Marketing Manager with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities. - Support the creation of engaging content for social media, website and other digital channels. - Assist with photo and video shoots, Reels, Stories and live content. - Help develop creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, events and social media. - Assist with basic graphic design and content editing. - Monitor and support daily social media activity. - Assist with community management and responding to guest comments and messages. - Support the execution of restaurant events, activations and special campaigns. - Assist the Marketing Manager with coordinating agencies, photographers, designers, influencers and other marketing partners. - Help ensure all marketing materials follow Buffalo Wings & Rings brand guidelines. - Stay updated on social media trends, content formats and creative ideas. - Assist with content calendars, campaign planning and marketing reports. - Support the Marketing Ma
