Job Description The Manager- Engineering is responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of the Engineering Department, ensuring alignment with company objectives and the OEM-driven business model. This role oversees all engineering activities, ensuring delivery of high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective solutions while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centric execution. - Define and execute the Engineering Department strategy aligned with overall business goals and OEM “plug-and-play” integration model, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and rapid deployment capabilities. - Establish departmental objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for teams and individuals, with clear tracking mechanisms and periodic performance reviews. - Represent the Engineering function to senior management, OEMs, distributors, and international partners, effectively communicating technical direction, progress, and risks. - Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement through structured processes, training, and leadership engagement. - Oversee all engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards through effective planning and governance. - Manage multiple parallel programs in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while maintaining prioritization and resource optimization. - Proactively identify and resolve technical and execution challenges to meet program milestones, minimizing risks and delays. - Ensure all engineering processes, workflows, and procedures are efficient, standardized, and compliant with internal policies and industry best practices. - Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and automotive standards (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans) across all projects. - Maintain high standards of quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance across all engineering deliverables through audits and va
