M&A, Corporate Paralegal – International Law Firm

The well-established and growing Corporate & Commercial practice of this top-tier international law firm is seeking Paralegals to join their busy team in Hong Kong. The experienced Partners in the team have strong track record in public takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, TMT and general corporate work acting for a broad array of Chinese and international clients. Experience and Skills - Conduct legal research and assist in drafting, reviewing and proofreading legal documents - Assisting with legal due diligence exercises and preparing legal due diligence questionnaires and reports. - Conducting legal and company research and analysis and assisting with verification of disclosure documents - 1-4 years of experience in IPO, Private Equity, Capital Markets, M&A and TMT matters gained within a reputable international or regional law firm - Strong language skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken) are essential - Degree in Law or a related discipline This is an excellent opportunity for Capital Markets Paralegals who are eager to move to a broader Corporate & Commercial practice with better work life balance
