Listing Rules Compliance – Paralegal, International Law Firm

We are looking for passionate, curious, and driven junior to mid-level paralegals/ legal assistants to join a well-established and growing Corporate practice of this leading international law firm in Hong Kong. Working alongside experience and highly reputed Partners and Associates you will be advising clients on Hong Kong and U.S. listings. Experience and Skills - 1+ years of experience gained within a reputable regional or international law firm/ Investment management firm focusing on Listing Rules Compliance and related work - Excellent language skills, including written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, are essential - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities with high level of accuracy, strong analytical mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines - Team player and comfortable managing responsibilities with minimal supervision - Degree in Law or a related discipline The position comes with an enticing salary package, inclusive medical benefits, and a clear and widely supported track for progression for the right candidate.
