Candidate Requirements Thorough knowledge of litigation procedures before Dubai Courts, the UAE Federal Courts, Sharjah Courts, and the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Practical experience in filing and following up judicial applications through the courts' electronic systems. Ability to draft pleadings and legal memoranda in sound and precise language. Experience in attending court-appointed expert meetings and following up on their work. Ability to review and draft contracts. Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strict discipline and absolute confidentiality of clients' information and firm files. Genuine willingness to learn and develop professionally. In-depth computer literacy and command of electronic systems and smart portals. Fast typing and swift completion of tasks with utmost accuracy. Available to join immediately. II. Job Description & Duties 1. Legal research: Preparing legal research and studies, and compiling judicial precedents, established principles, and statutory provisions supporting the firm's position in pending cases. 2. Legal drafting: Drafting statements of claim, pleadings, memoranda, replies, and appeals of all kinds under the supervision of the responsible lawyer. 3. Judicial applications: Filing judicial and administrative applications of all types (interlocutory, adjournment, service, execution, urgent matters, etc.) through the courts' smart systems and following them up until decided. 4. Case follow-up: Monitoring hearings, notifications, judgments, and decisions; updating case file
