Legal Associate- VARA

We are recruiting for a Legal Associate to support a reputable and well-established law firm in the UAE. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on VARA licensing and regulatory compliance frameworks. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documentation for virtual assets and financial services. Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to deliver timely, strategic insights to clients. Requirements Proven expertise in the VARA framework, financial services, and fintech regulation. Strong communication skills and experience interfacing with external clients. Qualifications Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution. Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience - preferably in virtual assets, fintech, or financial services regulation. Deep understanding of the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) framework and UAE regulatory requirements. Experience drafting and negotiating legal documentation for financial products or virtual asset services. Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
